Linking to or sharing of copyrighted, commercially-released audio/video content by Battling Delirium is not allowed and will suffer legal consequences.

Accounts and Profiles

A single user may not have multiple accounts. This will result in a kick/ban situation. If a banned user creates a new account to bypass the ban, a full ban on all of the user's IPs will be inforced.

Offensive usernames will not be tolerated and will be banned from the forum. (ie: Racism, Sexism, defamation...you get the point.)

Profiles, avatars and signatures cannot contain material that is pornographic, racist, Sexist or defamatory and should adhere to the forum posting rules.

Derogatory Insults

Do not engage in profile attacks, insult, accusations, stalking members of the forum, or create posts and/or threads in an effort to purposely upset another user. Be nice!

Invasion of Privacy

Do not post personal information about any other person, even if that information is publicly available. No E-Paparazzi allowed. Information, including personal information such as email, home and/or IP address, place of employment, birthday, etc. known to be utilized to maliciously target another user in a harassing or derogatory manner is forbidden no matter what.

Threats, Racism, Sexism and Defamation

Messages that advocate cruelty, harassment, harm or death to anyone will not be tolerated. This type of behavior is unacceptable in any form, be it posted message, private messages or email.

Threads or replies promoting or expressing intolerant views towards any person or group of people based on their race, gender, sexual orientation, ethnicity, religion, lack of religion, disability, physical characteristics, or region of residence will not be tolerated.

Spamming, Off Topic Posts and Trolling

Spamming or advertisements via posts in threads, private messages or email are not allowed. Off-topic posts, as well as the posting of private messages and emails in the forums are frowned upon and may be moved or removed based on moderator discretion. This is not meant to limit sensible tangents in the conversation but rather to remove posts that have nothing to do with the topic at all or are disruptive. Threads or private messages determined to be "spam" may be deleted and may result in site restriction.

Making posts to stir up defame other users is against the forum guidelines. Posting just to increase one's post count is discouraged. All users can report offending posts by clicking on the 'report' button found in every post.

Duplicate Topics / Only Post in Appropriate Forum Categories

Please post your topics in the most appropriate forum. Do not post duplicate topics that already have discussion threads by using existing threads and using the search function. Moderators may use their discretion to lock or merge duplicate threads, to move threads to a more appropriate forum or to delete a thread without notice. A message post or private message may be sent to the originator of the threads in question, alerting them to the changes, where the topic can be found, and the reason for the changes after the action has been taken.

Impersonation

You may not impersonate any person in the community, including any member of Battling Delirium. If you can't live your own life, you don't belong here.

Harmful URLs

Posting harmful and/or malicious URL links is not allowed. We have your IP.

Porn / Explicit Material

Absolutely no posting pornographic material, images of extreme violence, or their links in your profile, avatar or signature. Posts and links of this nature are allowed only in the ‘Explicit’ forum category, and only if legal in the United States of America and adhere to the other rules of the forum (No copywritten material). Links to material in forums other than the ‘Explicit’ forum category are permissible only if they are relevant to the thread and are labeled as such.

Also refrain from posting fan fiction, artwork or their links that feature a member of Battling Delirium, an employee of Battling Delirium, another member, or anyone in a sexual or intrusive way or nude without their express consent. Just ask!

Illegal material will result in a ban.

If you break these simple rules you will be banned without warning.
